From the Orchard

Sweet and delicious, great over ice or straight up. Serve with a slice of grapefruit and fresh mint for aromatics.

30ml Little Biddy Gin - Pink
30ml Reefton Distilling Co. Blueberry Liqueur
30ml Grapefruit juice
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15mls Falernum syrup (Caribbean style sugar syrup made with lemon and spices)

Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a short rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary

Alternative serving suggestions:
45ml Little Biddy Gin – Classic and 15ml Elderflower Liqueur in place of Blueberry Liqueur.

Scale up the recipe in a large pitcher, add soda water and fresh fruit of your choice for a refreshing sparkling summer serve.
